How far ahead should I book?

Accepted Answer

Any time up to a few hours before the ride, as long as a vehicle is free. In July and August the popular dates fill up, so a week ahead is safer.

What happens if my flight is late?

Enter the flight number when booking and we track it. The driver arrives when the plane actually lands, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are free.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Per vehicle. Fuel, tolls and parking are inside the price, and the total you see is the total you pay. Two people and four people in the same car pay the same.

Can we stop along the way?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add a stop in Ston, at the oyster farm, at the Rizman winery, in Počitelj, Kravice or Mostar while booking and the price changes before you pay, so there is nothing to negotiate with the driver.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, ten euros each. Say how many you need at checkout and the driver installs them before pick-up.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at the moment of booking, processed by Stripe. No account and no registration.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up, refunded to the same card. Inside 24 hours we keep half, because the driver and the vehicle are already blocked.

Where does the driver wait at Dubrovnik Airport?

In the arrivals hall, right after you exit baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. His phone number is in the confirmation e-mail.

Do I need a passport for Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a valid passport, or an identity card for EU citizens. Both countries are outside the EU, so you cross a real border in each direction. The Dubrovnik to Split drive needs no passport, because the Pelješac bridge keeps it inside Croatia.

Which vehicle should I choose for my group?

Accepted Answer

The Škoda Superb sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases. The Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases, and the Renault Trafic minibus up to 8. The price is per vehicle, so a bigger car costs the same for any group size inside it.
