Dubrovnik → SarajevoOut of Dubrovnik early, over the border near Trebinje and through the Herzegovina karst to Sarajevo, in time for an evening walk through Baščaršija.Overnight: Sarajevo

Sarajevo → Jablanica → MostarOut of Sarajevo over Ivan Sedlo and down the Neretva canyon past Konjic and Jablanica, famous for lamb roasted on the spit, to Mostar in time for the bridge before the day-trippers leave and the bazaar quietens.Overnight: Mostar

Day 3

Mostar → Blagaj → Kravice → DubrovnikBlagaj and the dervish house where the Buna river springs from the cliff, then Kravice for a swim under the waterfalls, and home across the border near Metković; drop-off at your address in Dubrovnik in the evening.

·The driver's own accommodation, meals, fuel, tolls, ferries and parking are all in our price

·Luggage stays in the vehicle from hotel to hotel; you carry a day bag

·Driving days are planned at four to five hours behind the wheel with stops, which keeps the day relaxed and within the legal limits for professional drivers

·Bring passports: the routes cross into Bosnia and Herzegovina or Montenegro, both outside the EU

·Bosnia's currency is the convertible mark; euros are widely accepted in Mostar and Sarajevo, change comes in marks

·Modest dress for the mosques: shoulders and knees covered, scarves provided

Questions we get asked

Can we add Počitelj or Medjugorje?+

Yes, both are close to the road home. Tell us in the request and we plan the third day around them.

Are hotels included in the price?+

No. You book your own hotels, which keeps the choice and the standard in your hands; we send suggestions for each night and the driver drops you at the door.

How is the trip paid?+

A 30 percent deposit by card when the dates are confirmed, the balance to the driver on the first day, in cash or by card in the vehicle.

Can we change the route or add a day?+

Yes. Every itinerary is a starting point; tell us your ideas in the request and we send an adjusted plan and price within a day.

How many hours a day do we drive?+

Usually four to five hours including stops, and never more than the legal daily limit for professional drivers. Free days have the driver on call for short rides.

Is the price for the whole group?+

Yes, for the whole vehicle for all days: up to 3 passengers in a sedan, up to 8 in a van. The van rate applies above 3 passengers because of the luggage.
