What we collect and why

To carry out a booking we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight number, the notes you leave for the driver and the details of the ride. The legal basis is the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations for accounting (Article 6(1)(c)). Card details are entered directly with our payment provider Stripe and never reach our servers; we store only the payment reference and status.

Who else sees the data

Our processors: Stripe Payments Europe (payments), Supabase (database hosted in the EU, Frankfurt), Resend (e-mail delivery), Vercel (hosting). Your driver receives your name, phone number, addresses and flight for the ride. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 11 years as required by Croatian accounting rules. Unfinished bookings without a payment are deleted after 90 days. Contact messages are kept for one year.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion (where the law allows), restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to galaxy.jdoo@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).

Cookies and analytics

The site works without tracking cookies. The booking form remembers your selection in your browser for the current session only. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice; see the Cookies page.
